Selection Procedure of AIIMS Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2020 53 faculty

  1. Short Listing/Methods of the Selection: The prescribed qualification is minimum and mere possessing the same does not entitle any candidate to be called for interview or for selection. Based on bio-data, the Screening Committee may short- list candidates for interview. If required there may be Screening test to shortlist candidates for interviews in case large number of candidates apply for a post or posts.
  2. Candidates called for interview will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in their application at the time of interview. They may also be asked to submit an affidavit/declaration as decided by the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar at time of Interview. The methodology of Selection will be decided by the Selection Committee as deemed fit besides any other matter relating to the selection process.
  3. Site of Interview: Interviews will be held at AIIMS Bhubaneswar or any other place as decided by the Director, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.

How to Apply/ Application Procedure

  1. Application Process:-The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application through ON-LINE mode followed by OFFLINE application in prescribed application format. The On-line registration of application will be made available on AIIMS, Bhubaneswar official website i.e. aiimsbhubaneswar.nic.in. The link for submission of online applications in respect of above said posts along with other relevant information will be activated on the date of advertisement on Employment News/ Rojgar Samachar or earlier (as posted on the website).

The last date of online submission of applications will be 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar. In case the last date falls on weekly off or holidays, then the last date of submission of application will be shifted to the next working days (up to 5.00 PM).

Candidates who apply through online have to send the hard copies of duly filled Offline application in prescribed format along with signed copy of online application and self-attested copies of certificates/documents in support of fulfilling the essential criteria of age, educational qualification, teaching/research experiences etc. besides others in support of their candidature within 15 days from the last date of receipt of online application.

The hard copy of application shall be enclosed with self-attested copies of Matriculation Certificate, MBBS Degree Certificate/Mark-Sheets, MD/MS/DM/MCh or equivalent certificates/Mark sheets, Teaching/Research Experiences Certificates etc. as provided in the prescribed application format. The Experience Certificate should clearly show the period of experience, duration of experience (“from” to “to”), Nature of experience (either teaching or research) etc.

The candidates can only mention those teaching experiences which are recognised by MCI/Govt. of India. WBHRB Recruitment 2020 for 60 Professors: Online Applications are invited from Indian Citizens and such other nationals as declared eligible by the Government of India for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Professors in West Bengal Medical Education Service under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal.
Online Registration will be allowed on the website between 12.10.2020 to 16.10.2020 (before 8 PM).
Posts are temporary but likely to be permanent.
The relevant rules and necessary particulars are stated in the following paragraphs:
A candidate should verify from the notified rules that he/she is eligible for selection. The condition prescribed cannot be relaxed in any manner. The recruitment shall be made by selection, but where a large number of applications are received as a result of Advertisement, the Board may, for the purpose of short-listing, hold a preliminary examination.
Scale of Pay: Level 18: {68400 (BP) + 16416 (NPA) + 8208 (HRA) + 500 (MA)} i.e. Rs.93524{Calculated as per the provisions of the West Bengal Medical Education Service (Pay & Allowances) rules 1990, as amended from time to time, read with the WBS(ROPA) Rules, 2019}.

Qualification, Eligibility, and Age Limit & Relaxation:

  1. MBBS Degree included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act 102 of 1956) and requisite Postgraduate Degree for the Specialties Group and requisite Post Doctoral Degrees for the Super Specialties Group, as prescribed by the Medical Council of India and specified in the ‘Minimum Qualifications for Teachers in Medical Institutions Regulations, 1998” as amended from time to time;
  1. A minimum of three years’ teaching experience, in the subject concerned in a recognized Medical College as Demonstrator or Resident Medical Officer-cum-Clinical Tutor or Lecturer.

Provided that the teaching experience rendered as Demonstrator or Resident Medical Officer-cum- Clinical Tutor or Lecturer during the course of Post Graduate training in that particular discipline in a Recognized Medical Teaching Institution shall also be reckoned as qualifying service for Departmental promotion/recruitment in such discipline.

In case of DNB candidates equated to MD/MS in terms of clause 4A of schedule I, in addition to 3 years’ experience in the subject as Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor/ or work experience gained during DNB training in a recognized permitted medical college in the concerned subject, 1(one) year as Senior Resident in the subject concerned in a recognized permitted Medical College.

Desirable :

Publications in peer reviewed journals Indexed with Index Medicus or Journals at the National Level of the National Academic Organizations will be accepted only. 1st and 2nd author in the publication will be considered.

Age: Not more than 50 years on the 1st day of January, 2020. Age relaxation may be given to such doctors who have served under this State Government to an extent equivalent to the period of such service, subject to a maximum of five years.

Provided that age may also be relaxable for the candidates belong to the categories of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes as per Government Rules or Orders for the time being in force.

N.B

  1. Candidates should be registered as Medical Practitioner with the West Bengal Medical Council/ Medical Council of India/ Any Recognized State Medical Council ;
    1. Age as recorded in Madhyamaik or Equivalent certificate will only be acceptable ;
    1. The claim of candidates for relaxation of age as a Govt. employee should be supported by a certificate from the appropriate authority showing the period of his/her continuous service under Government and the same should be furnished when called for;
    1. Candidates must fulfill the essential qualifications by the closing date.

Application Fee:

Candidates must submit online the application fee amounting to Rs. 210/- (Rupees two hundred ten only) through GRIPS (Govt. Receipt Information Portal System ), Govt. of West Bengal under the Head of Account ‘0051-00-104-002-16’. Money Order, Cheque, Bank Draft, Cash etc. shall not be acceptable. No application shall be considered unless accompanied with the requisite application fee.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST of West Bengal and persons with disabilities specified under Disabilities Rule, 1999 (certificates obtained before the Advertisement date) are not required to pay any fee. Such exemption of fee is, however, not applicable to any OBC (Category A or B) candidate.

Application shall be made in the format, as available, in the West Bengal Health Recruitment Board Website (www.wbhrb.in). Application received after the closing date shall be rejected.

Candidates should take particular note that entries in their application submitted to the Board must be made correctly against all the items which shall be treated as final and no alteration and addition in this regard will be entertained after submission of the application. Application not duly filled in or found incomplete or defective in any respect or without fee will be liable to rejection.

In case, any of the statements made in the application be subsequently found to be false within the knowledge of the candidates, his/her candidature shall be liable to cancellation, and even if appointed to a post on the basis of the results of this examination, his/her appointment shall be liable to be terminated. Willful suppression of any material fact will also be similarly dealt with.

APS Recruitment for 8000 Teachers all India There are 137 Army Public Schools (APS) located in various Cantonments and Military Stations across India. These schools are administered and managed by local Army authorities and affiliated to CBSE through Army Welfare Education Society (AWES). A List of these schools is placed at Annexure 1.

There are approximately 8000 teachers on the rolls of these schools. Out of these, a large number get turned over every year due to various reasons.

Note: The exact number of vacancies available in the respective school will be announced by the School/Management while advertising for holding interviews/evaluation of teaching skills. In the last two years the number of total vacancies in different categories were 2315 & 2169 respectively.

  • Vacancies could be `regular’ or for a `fixed term’ which shall be informed along with the announcement of vacancies. Appointments which fall in the category of ‘Regular’ would be liable to transfer in organizational interest.

Selection Procedure of APS Recruitment for 8000 Teachers all india

  1. The selection of teachers will be done in three stages: –
  • Stage 1: Screening Exam. An `Online Screening Test’ will be conducted on 21 and 22 November 2020, for vacancies that will arise during the ensuing academic year. This shall be conducted On-line by an agency identified by HQ AWES centrally, to ensure uniform quality of teachers in all Army Public Schools. Those who qualify in this stage will be given a ‘Score Card’ which shall be valid for life provided the candidate picks up a teaching job within three years from the date of passing the screening exam in any CBSE affiliated school for a continuous duration of at least one year. A Score Card will make candidate eligible to appear for the remaining stages of the selection process. In addition to fresh candidates, the following may also appear for the screening test: –
  • Holders of Score Cards who want to improve their scores.
  • Those desirous of upgrading themselves. For Eg.a candidate holding Score Card of TGT may now want to obtain a card for PGT, having acquired additional qualification.

Please note that holding a Score Card by itself does not entitle you to an appointment as teacher in any Army Public School. It only renders you eligible for Stage 2 & 3 of the selection process.

  • Stage 2:Interview. As stated at Note to Para 2 above, the respective schools shall announce the vacancies available through various means like Local Newspapers, the School Website, Notice board etc. Candidates would have to apply in response to these announcements. The interviews may or may not be held at the location of the school. They may be held as per discretion of the local management at a convenient place at one of the other Schools.
  • Stage 3:Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency. For Language teachers, written test comprising Essay & Comprehension of 15 marks each will be held along with evaluation of teaching skills. Selection Committee may also hold Computer proficiency tests if they so desire.

How to Apply/ Application Procedure

  1. Candidates are expected to register ON-LINE for the screening exam by logging onto the Registration Portal aps-csb.in . The registration portal will be open from 01 Oct 2020 to 20 Oct 2020. Candidates can register from 10 AM on 01 Oct 2020 to 5 PM on 20 Oct 2020. Thereafter the portal will be closed for registration. The procedure to be followed will be as under:-
  • Fill up the personal information or the application form.
  • The system will then ask the candidates to pay the exam fee ON-LINE. Payment options are Debit/Credit Cards/ Net banking. A payment gateway has been integrated with the web-site for the purpose and candidates will be guided through the payment process.
  • After payment of fee, the candidates will be asked by the system to attached following documents :-
  • Photographs and signatures
  • Once registration is completed, the candidates will get a confirmation that registration is successful. Candidates will also be informed through e-mail and SMS regarding the same.
  • A `Help Line’ will be available to the candidates to seek any assistance, till the conduct of the exam. The helpline tab will be available on the portal aps-csb.in
  • Candidates would be able to take mock-tests ON-LINE to familiarize them with the exam procedure. A link for this will be available on the Registration Portal with effect from 04 Nov 2020 to 13 Nov 2020.
