With schools and colleges closed due to covid restrictions, most of the school leaving examinations couldn’t be held on time. West Bengal Madhyamik Examination (10 class, Secondary) also got delayed and as per the latest information received from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, the Tentative examination details along with the routine are furnished below. The Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee recently announced the cancellation of the Selection Test ( Pre-Board Exam) due to this pandemic and communicated to all schools in West Bengal to allow the students to appear directly for the final Madhyamik Pareeksha i.e. the Secondary class 10 Exam.

The West Bengal Government said that the  Final Madhyamik Examination (Secondary, Class 10) Dates will be released in December 2020. The Final Madhyamik Examination Routine will be released soon and the Madhyamik Pariksha ( the Secondary class 10 school-leaving examination) will be conducted for both the regular and external exams along with all important and relevant information.   • Students will get 15 minutes extra time to read the question papers.
  • WBBSE Madhyamik Routine 2021 mentions completing the entire one month before the start of the exam.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

1.     Technical Assistance to the project partners and other stakeholders in day to day operation of DIC software

 

applications in respective project locations in Assam

  1. Assist in requirement gathering with implementation partners for customization / development of software applications and software testing
  2. Assist in conducting capacity building programs for end users (farmers, weavers, artisans and special teachers etc)
  3. Field Testing and Feedback on DIC technologies for further refinement
  4. Demonstration on software application in various forums in the state
  5. Assist on preparation of Software & Operational Manuals and Training Manuals in local language

Qualifications and Experiences

Post-Graduation Degree in Computer Science / IT

Or

Graduation Degree in Computer Science / IT having minimum 1 year of post qualification experience in relevant area

Or

Graduate with at least one year Diploma in Computer Applications / IT having minimum 1 year of post qualification experience in relevant area

Required Skill Set

  1. Well versed in software Installation, configuring, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  2. Fair knowledge of installation of IT hardware, peripheral devices, and networking hardware products
  3. Good communication skill (written and verbal in local language and English)
  4. Demonstration and presentation abilities
  5. Good knowledge on working in online training platforms

Desirable Skill Set

  1. Good understanding of web technologies (PHP, XML and Yii2 Framework) and familiarity with Windows/Unix/Linux
